How to Make Masala Chai

This project required us to create a training manual for any activity we chose. I chose to do a guide on how to make masala chai since I’m well-versed in making it and it’s part of my South Asian heritage.

One of the challenges with the design process was developing a compelling and clear guide through writing and style. Additionally, using different tools on Indesign that were new to me at the time like creating a table of contents, bringing various indd files together to create a book, and then using Adobe Acrobat to make the pdf file interactive were especially challenging.
